Dhaniya ki chutney

Ingredients :

1 bunch coriander leaves

1 teaspoon crushed to paste ginger

salt as required

red chilli powder as required

3 chopped green chilli

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 cloves garlic

Method :

Step 1

To prepare this easy chutney recipe, wash the coriander leaves (dhaniya) and roughly chop them.

Step 2

Add it to the food processor along with the chopped green chillies, garlic cloves, ginger paste, lemon juice, salt and red chilli powder as per your taste and blend them into a smooth puree.

Step 3

Transfer into a bowl and serve alongside your favourite snacks.
