Sonth ki chutney
Ingredients :
1/2 cup tamarind-tightly packed
3/4 cup jaggery – broken up
2 tsp rock salt
1 tsp black rock salt-powdered
1 tsp powdered ginger
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
Method :
1.Soak the tamarind in water till soft and pulpy.
2.Strain and add enough water to have a thin pouring consistency.
3.Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, then simmer over low flame, till it thickens a little.
4.Cool and serve.
