Seb ki chutney

Ingredients :

3 apple

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1/4 teaspoon powdered turmeric

4 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon Refined oil

1 teaspoon Red chilli powder

2 bay leaf

4 green cardamom

1 pinch salt

2 tablespoon Water

Method :

Step 1

To prepare this delicious recipe, peel off the apple and cut it into small pieces. Grind the apple pieces with little water.

Step 2

On medium flame, take a pan and heat oil in it and then add cardamom, bay leaves along with cinnamon sticks.

Step 3

Now add, apples, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder to the pan, and cook the mixture.

Step 4

When the mixture is cooked, add sugar and salt in it. Cook for another 3 minutes.

Step 5

Your apple chutney is ready, serve it.
