Gajar kheer
Ingredients :
1 grated carrot
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 green cardamom
1 cup water
1 tablespoon honey
5 cashews
1 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon ghee
Method :
Step 1
Put the pan on low-medium heat and saute the carrots in ghee for a few minutes. Then, add sugar and water and cook until the carrots are soft and tender. Add milk and keep it on boil for a few minutes.
Step 2
Now add your cashew nuts and cardamom and serve it hot. (You can also serve carrot kheer cold based on your liking!).
