Step 1 Mix all the ingredients and bring the mixture to a boil
To start with, remove the seeds from lychees. In a deep-bottomed pan kept on medium flame, add milk powder, coconut flesh, coconut milk powder, milk, lychee flesh and bring to a boil.
Step 2 Pour the mixture into the moulds
Transfer to a bowl and keep aside allowing the mixture to cool. Once cooled, pour the mixture into kulfi moulds and place in freezer until the kulfi is set. You can serve it with a garnishing of saffron strands or dry fruit silvers.
