Take a pan and put ot over medium flame. Add water to it and boil on high flame. Meanwhile, crush the ginger and cardamom together and keep aside.
Step 2 Add the tea bags and let it boil
Once the water boils, add the crushed ginger and cardamom along with the tea bags and sugar. Let this mixture boil for another 2 minutes.
Step 3 Boil and serve
Add the milk to the pan and bring to a boil. Once it comes to a boil, turn the flame down and let it simmer for at least 2 minutes. Chai is ready to serve!
