Chicken soola
Ingredients :
750 Gram Chicken (Boneless)
2 Tablespoon Clarified butter ( Ghee )
2 Teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilies
1 Cup Onion(pyaaz) (Chopped & Fried)
9 Pieces Cashews (Kaju) (Soaked, For Paste)
1 Tablespoon Fresh Fenugreek Leaves (For Paste)
6 Pieces Cloves (Laung) (For Paste)
6 Pieces Dried Red Chili (Lal Mirch)
1 Tablespoon Garam Masala Powder
5 Pieces Garlic
1 Inch Ginger
1 Cup Curd
Table Salt (According to taste)
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
Method :
Step 1
Keep cashew nuts soaked in water for 20 minutes. Besides, rinse and wash chicken properly and keep aside.
Step 2
Grind all the paste preparation ingredients and grind to smooth paste and keep aside in a bowl.
Step 3
Mix paste, red chilli powder and butter in a vessel and mix well and keep aside to marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Step 4
Burn charcoal till it is red hot.
Step 5
Cover the marinade with a plate and place the red hot charcoal on the covered plate.
Step 6
Add clarified butter (ghee) on the charcoal and leave it for 2 minutes, till chicken absorbs complte charcoal aroma.
Step 7
Heat up airfryer to 180 degree Celsius for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Place the chicken pieces on airfryer and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 9
After 10 minutes, take out chicken sula and serve hot with onion ring and chutney.
