Hara bhara kebab
Ingredients :
Boiled Sweet potato – 100 gms
Boiled Green peas – 50 gms (½ cup)
Spinach – 1 cup
Roasted besan flour – 2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Green chilli paste – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Amchur powder – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil – for shallow frying
Method :
Heat 1 tsp oil in a deep pan, sauté ginger-garlic paste till raw smell is gone.
Add green peas, chilli paste and stir fry till peas are tender.
Add spinach leaves and sauté till the leaves wilt off completely.
Add garam masala and salt, sauté for a minute, switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool completely.
Blend the mixture together into a smooth paste without adding water.
Mash sweet potato in a bowl, to it add the ground peas palak paste and mix properly.
Add besan to make a uniform non-sticky mixture.
Divide it into equal portion and flatten to make patties.
Heat a non-stick pan and shallow fry using minimum from both the sides till golden brown in colour.
Serve hot with mint chutneys.
