Ekoori
Ingredients :
6 egg
3 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon finely chopped green chilli
1 pinch garam masala powder
1 pinch powdered turmeric
2 chopped,de seeded tomato
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 clove minced garlic
1 pinch cumin powder
1/2 handful chopped coriander leaves
Method :
Step 1
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium flame. Add the onions, garlic, green chillies and saute them for few minutes.
Step 2
Add all the masalas and stir-fry for a minute or so. Now add tomatoes and cook for another minute.
Step 3
Break the eggs and whisk them lightly. Add this to the pan and stir to scramble the eggs. Cook for a minute or so.
Step 4
Akoori is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve toasted bread.
