Aloo bhoone

Ingredients :

500 grms potatoes (boiled and peeled)

2 tomatoes(pureed)

1 cup green peas (boiled)

1 tea spoon ginger paste

2 green chillies​

1 tb spoon bhuna masala(roasted and grinded whole masalas)

1 bunch coriander leaves chopped

To taste salt and sugar (optional)

2 tb spoon oil

1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder

1/2 tea spoon whole jeera

1 whole red chilli

3 -4 whole garam masala

1 bay leaf

Method :

At first take whole jeera dhaniya​ red chilli, fennel seeds black pepper and dry roast.grind it to prepare the bhuna masala.

Now add oil and tamper the whole jeera,garam marsala bay leaf and red chilli.

Add the boiled potatoes and fry adding salt and turmeric powder.

Keep aside the potatoes.

Now add the ginger paste salt green peas and tomato fry till all things mix properly.

Add the potatoes and fry them adding salt,turmeric and red chilli powder.

Finally add the bhuna masala powder and switch off the heat.

Garnish it with the chopped coriander leaves and serve it with chapati.
