Bhindi with coconut

Ingredients :

500 gm okra

2 green chilli

1 teaspoon turmeric

2 tablespoon refined oil

3 tablespoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon dry mango powder

2 tablespoon grated coconut

salt as required

2 medium onion

225 gr bhindi (okra)

Method :

Step 1 Chop okra and saute onions

To prepare this unique okra recipe, wash and pat dry the okra. Then, chop them in a bowl. Next, put a frying pan over medium flame and add a little oil in it. Add onions and saute for 4-5 minutes. To it add chopped green chilli and turmeric powder.

Step 2 Cook okra in onions

Next, add salt and amchur along with chopped okra in it. Add water to this mixture and cook the okra. Stir occasionally.

Step 3 Add coconut and cook for 2-3 minutes

Once cooked, add grated coconuts and again stir and let the dish cook for 2-3 minutes. After the entire dish is cooked, turn off the gas stove.

Step 4 Garnish and serve hot

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and You are now ready to serve Bhindi with Coconut.
